“I want it to be certain. Will PS5 be able to run all of last gen PS4 game? Even the game released in 2013, like COD: Ghosts”

As of this posting, sony nor any third party developers have specifically said which games are compatible. Only the vague 99% compatibility statement has been released. However popular games such as the call of duty series should be on that list.
