Yes. There is a countdown that will go off at midnight november 12th. The countdown indicates that YES you can order online at midnight but they will not have any on sale in store. When you order it online, you can pick to either pick-up from the store when they open at 9am, or have a set time appointment to pick it up, or you can just have it shipped to your house. I repeat, while they will not any in stores on release date, they will have it online at midnight november 12th. :) Hope this helped.
