Yes, the preordering process ended, most ps4 games will work on the ps5 but because of the SSD in the ps5, storage cards uou used for the ps4 will not work on the ps5. Sony has not said when they will put out their own memory card, but expect it to be sometime soon after launch. Other retailers do sell the extended memory but it runs for a heavy price.
