- Answer That probably won’t be a reality until late 2021, it seems like Best Buy is focusing on confirmed fulfillment and be able to have complete crowd/inventory control due to high demand. Again for everyone’s health and safety it is best that Best Buy/ Sony doesn’t allow customers to swarm and fight over a console due to Covid. Try your best to check in on the website to submit a order for either delivery or in store pick-up by appointment.
