• A:Answer You will be able to play compatible ps4 games, which sony has said will be about 99% of the library. No ps3, 2 or 1 games will be nativity playable. You will need to subscribe to the PlayStation now service and stream those older games you want to play.

• A:Answer Playstation Plus is tied to your PSN account, not the console. When they still offered stuff on the PS3, I was able to DL the free PS3 games as well as the free PS4 games. Not sure what they will be doing for PS+ subscribers for the PS5 though.
