A:AnswerRefresh the app and if that doesn't work try reinstalling it using a different browser if that still do not resolve you're issue contact customer service.
A:AnswerSome retailers did a second round, but I saw nothing that said Best Buy was one of them... I checked all day yesterday and nothing appeared to even hint to say they had any and did a second preorder. Plus they have not answered the million questions by everyone asking if there was or is a second round by bestbuy. I dont believe they had a second round yet... I hope they do... I was one of the ones that had it in my cart the first night, but it would not let me pay for it until they removed it and said out of stock.... so i really hope they give us a second (or third) chance....
