A:AnswerBoth versions of the Playstation 5 are exactly the same except one has a physical blu-ray disc player in it to allow you to play physical copies of PS5 & PS4 games, while the other lacks that disc player and only allows for digital copies of games to be played (i.e. ones purchased from the Playstation Store). The heatsink is the exact same on both models, there is no PS5 with a big heatsink and a PS5 with a small heatsink. Whoever told you this was the case I'm sorry to say lied to you or was mistaken.
A:AnswerFor the most part it appears to be random but in my opinion the only way you’ll be able to catch a restock is by following someone like @Wario64 on Twitter and have all your BestBuy account info complete, sign in and have credit card info saved. That’s your best chance of seeing instant availability on restocks but you’ll have to turn on notifications for the Twitter handle and there’s a lot of notifications that come up that won’t be exclusive to a ps5 restock

A:AnswerI had the same issue when I was trying. Best Buy is not allowing stores to ship these to each other, so if it's not available at your local store, you have to select another store to pick up from. Unfortunately, you may be looking at a long drive to get to one. What I ended up doing is keeping it in my cart (don't remove it) and whenever Best Buy did a drop, I went straight to my cart and tried to buy it from there. Saves the step of having to add it to your cart. That's how I ended up getting mine. Hope this helps.
A:AnswerI follow the "top" twitter PS5 alert person and he only tells us when AFTER THE FACT. He never says things like "Best buy WILL have them in on Friday at 9:00 am". They keep saying things like "possibly" or "maybe" or "could" those words mean NOTHING. But supposedly Best Buy restocks (if they are going to get it) on Fridays at 9:00 am PDT or 12:00 EDT. Check those times regularly. and start clicking at 8:50 am. If you still have "sold out" after SITTING on the BB PS5 page for at least 45 minutes (sometimes it wont start exactly on time), then chances are they will not be coming in at all. Don't try to call Best Buy-they will ignore you and not pick up. PS no matter how desperate PLEASE don't support scalpers/bots.
A:Answerif you bought the 100$ version, 2k21 will work with ps5. You just have to open your dvd case which 2k21 disc came with, and type in the code they gave you on those papers. I was lucky to find it. if not, you have to buy it again. Either through your playstation store on your digital ps5 or the disc, if you have the disc ps5.
