When you download it and set your preferences, purchase the premium front of the line option. This (as stated above) gets you notified before the non paid users. I had premium for 2 days before getting a notification. Make sure you have auto login for the stores you're looking for (walmart, target, bestbuy etc.) that way when you get the alert, it will take you straight to that product, and the store and all you have to do is login, add and buy.
