• A:Answer Unfortunately no, it would be a good idea imo to just allow people to place a preorser and essentially get a reserved spot in line instead of the way they are doing it now. Your best bet is to follow the restock Twitter accounts like Matt Swider as they are constantly giving updates for them

• A:Answer The ps5s are never available instores sadly. The most you could do is ask in customer service for when it would be available as at times they usually know the times the ps5s will drop.
