Q: QuestionI got an alert that Best Buy was getting some in so I signed into the site and tried to add it to cart. It said that there was a 'two step verification process' but no indication on what the second step was. Does anyone know what the next steps would be?

• A:Answer After you click the "add to cart" button and it turns grey you sit there and stare at it until it turns yellow again and then re-click it to add to cart and check out.

Q: QuestionWhat was that? I clicked on the PS5 yellow order button over and over but it would not put it in my cart. Is this best that Best Buy can do? I'm sure they all went to bots as usual. Check your local facebook there will be an influx of PS5 consoles.

• A:Answer When you first click on the "add to cart" button it gives you instructions. In case you missed them...when you see a yellow "add to cart" button, click it and DO NOT REFRESH. It should change to "please wait" and then change back to yellow after a few minutes. Click it once yellow again and if it adds to cart, sprint to checkout! Also, if the location selector is being tricky you might need to specify a different store than one you'd normally prefer.
