“Best Buy, missed the preorder and was told to check on 11/12. Been online since 6pm ET on 11/11 to 11/12 afternoon. Item never updated but suddenly changed to out of stock. Is it possible to get accurate information on when item will restock so I can buy?”

At about 8:30 this morning. I was able to get one in my cart, select my payment option. Then when I went to select my store it just kept telling me it was not ava at any of the stores. Then after about ten min it disappeared from my cart and the ps5 tab said sold out,
