There's no list. You just have to refresh your browser about every 20 seconds. I did that for about 4 days, 12 hours a day, to catch one. I would suggest finding a nice Youtube live streaming who does that and just listen to their stream to be alerted. And most importantly, I suggest doing a test purchase of something cheap to be 10000% sure that your address and credit card info is all set up properly in Best Buy's system. I'm also glad I signed up for a Best Buy credit card and got $20 in gift certificate reward points for my purchase.
