As for the credit card, I was accepted for one a week and a half ago and still haven't recieved it yet either. A quick search says 1-3 weeks. You don't need the physical card though to make a purchase. I've already bought a tv and surround sound system to get ready for the ps5 without having the card online. It should be connected to your best buy membership account. You also don't need it to make a purchase or a pickup in store, they can look it up for you.

You may have to link it up with your Best Buy account but you don’t need to know the actual credit card number to do it. Click on credit cards or payments in your account settings to do it.
