• Yes. I bought the disc version myself, yet I haven't purchased a single disc while I've bought plenty of games like Mortal Kombat 11, Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Call of Duty: Black Ops III, GTA V, and plenty more. Your options may be slightly more limited in terms of price if you choose to order games online, but you are still able to purchase and play games on their store.

• Yes, you can. The disc version just gives you the option to use a physical copy or download it.
