I think it has to be purchased from Best Buy to get those services, however there's another option that I recommend, it's a service by Asurion it's $25 a month and will cover any accidental damage and lost and stolen, this will literally cover your console, the controller, your Tv, your computer, heck even the mouse and keyboard for your computer and ANY pair of headphones. It's a flat rate every month and no additional fees for any of those other devices either.
