Sony has said "99%" of ps4 games will be able to be played on the ps5. You'll simply sign in to your account and download the game or use your disk. However it is up to the individual developer on rather or not they offer an enhanced ps5 version of their game. Some are only doing it for certain versions of their game. Some are doing it for free, while others are charging you. Some won't be doing an upgrade at all. You will need to check with the developer or gaming news for more info.
