The PS5 comes with a cable that you can charge the controllers with, and there are USB-C cables for sale at BestBuy right next to where the controllers are. 
I bought the Sony dual charger that is a cradle style charger that you can just set the controllers on and it charges them - I love it, it charges 2 controllers at the same time, and was only ~$30.

It doesn’t come with one, but if you have the console the cord was included in there. Also I highly recommend the dual charging station. I got one for my son, his father, my sister and myself. And we all love it.

The controller did not come with a cable, but Best Buy does sell the appropriate cables. You can either use a USB-C to USB-A or USB-C to USB-C depending on the port you plan to charge through. There are also charging stands available that can hold multiple controllers
