Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you order cards online, they should be activated before being shipped. If they're not active, you call their dotcom help line, tell them your order # and the card isn't active and they should be able to do it over the phone. Happened to me with an Xbox store card. Shipped them to me and never activated them. Customer service had been really nice and didn't take me long to get them active. Don't see any reason it'd be different for cards.

Please try again later.There was a price increase starting January 1 which is why you would get a prorated amount, if you had activated it before January 1 you would have gotten a full 12 month upgrade, that's what I did, now prepaid for two years, I bought one, got one as Christmas present.
