• Same. One is the OLD PS network price and the $59 is the new price.

• I read that the cards are going up $10, so I think the old ones are what's left of the $49 ones and then they will all be $59 but I may be wrong?? I just bought a $49 one while they still have them!

• PSN price increased from 49.99 to 59.99 in September of 2016. If you see a 49.99 price, it is because someone is using old signage. Do the store a solid and let them know so they can fix the sign. If it is listed on the site its because best buy didnt remove the old pricing.
