• YES! You get 20% off of any new game regardless if it is on sale or not.

• No you will not get a discount as this is digital, but you do get double rewards points.

• No. Best Buy won't let you use your Gamers Unlocked discounts on PSN or Xbox Live memberships or currency. But they always give discounts on these memberships around the tradeshows like E3 in June and Black Friday the week of Thanksgiving.
