• Hi! To answer your question, unfortunately you cannot stop calls from coming through. Whatever comes through on your iPhone (emails, calls, and/or texts), you'll hear the indicator.

• Hi Jcwrn, yes. You may have to adjust it from the incoming call setting on your phone. Please make sure that the ringtone is set to mobile phone instead of the speaker. Thanks, -Mark
