You don’t do anything, I have had the same issue it has been months, called multiple times and they say it will be sent and it never is actually sent. Not In my library either.

Contact BestBuy.com. I would Highlt suggest you log into your email, through the email provider, and search there, not through the app. Use key words such as PSPlus or PlayStation, not necessarily Best Buy. Hope it helps, that's how I found mine, among the other 300 emails I get a day...

Make sure you whitelist that address in your spam filter. NOTE: The membership does not automatically apply to your PSN account; you will receive an email with code, and then you need to redeem it in PS store from your PS device.
