“Turn on ps4. Dongle flashes white. Turn on headset and it connects. Two second later audio cutts off headset and plays thru tv. Dongle solid white so I know it's connected. Also Friends say mic works. Have to get out audio wire cause can't fix.”

The only thing I can tell you is that your headset battery might be dead. if not that then you should try checking your audio settings on the ps4. Sorry for any inconvenience
