“Can the PULSE 3D headphones be connected to a TVaudio output for use. No PS 5 hookup. If the TV has a USB port will I be able to listen to the TV just like using a Sony wireless headset with tranmitter.”

Absolutely yes! You can connect the pulse usb transmitter to the tv usb, make sure you have your tv set to “tv audio output to TV” and not other devices like sound bars or home theater.
