I highly doubt it will be compatible with an Xbox. You wouldn't want to do that anyway. Your best bet would be to wait for the Xbox to come out, and look for headsets in the $90-$120 range that will for sure be compatible. I have a $100 pair of headphones for my PlayStation 4 and i swear i hear more for multiplayer games then my friend does who uses Astro A'50s which are $300.
