You can mark a portion and then go to that point. I use it for transcription, so I start from the beginning, mark where I’m up to, next time I can just start at the mark

YOU CAN PLAYBACK FROM WHATEVER POINT YOU WANT

You can rewind and fast-forward seconds at a time. It is a little touchy. You can start listening at any part of the recording. I downloaded my recordings onto the computer which may have given me more control. I recommend doing that to free up the space anyway

There is a marker you can place in between recordings, so you can find what you want
