A:AnswerHi Ann, The battery life can be last up to 62 hours depending on the type of recording. The memory card is always an option for back-up and additional memory. A:AnswerHi Steve, yes, you can directly record to a memory card and replace it once it is full. You may use microSDHC cards from 4 GB to 32 GB with this recorder. Yes, you may use a neck strap with this unit but the strap is purchased separately. Thanks, -Mark

A:AnswerThe device can't transcribe, but you can get the recording into windows through the USB. There are probably easier ways, but I used Microsoft Teams, opened a meeting with myself (meet now and just don't invite anyone else), shared my screen using the "share sound" button, turned on transcription, then played the file using Windows Media Player. It worked as well as MS Teams does to capture meeting notes.
A:AnswerYes it will. Make sure you choose the right *type* of recording, there are a few to choose from like music etc.
Remember to keep the mics clear, don't have them covered or obstructed.
A:AnswerI think you are looking for a microphone. Technically, you could use a 3.5mm cable from the headphones out of this into the microphone in on the computer and transcribe that way.
A:AnswerTo be honest, I’m not sure, but, It has picked up what sounds like one 2 syllable word and a 3 syllable word that I can’t quite make out. I’m going to try to download it to my laptop and see if I can find a program to clean it up a bit.
