“red light on transmitter never goes out. have been left on charger continuously for 16 hours without taking them off. good connection. brand new should I try them or take them back to best buy”

I just bought mine and they charged quickly but within a few days and uses it showed charging quickly but then cutting off in a few minutes of use put them back on charger and light went out quickly but then got only a few minutes use. pulled battery pack and voltage was low on battery. put battery pack back in and it then required several hours to recharge this time. Pulled battery pack and checked voltage and it was 1.37 v which is about what a rechargeable battery should be. previous check was on one battery .93 and 1.07 before this last charge. pull the pack check the voltages if you can replace the pack and charge one more time - if it doesnt work return it...
