i recently bought this item..the speaker jack broke after only had plugged it in for the 3rd time .. .the money i spent for this it would seem a lot better quality then what was delivered ...id li fixed or returned null

Find it hard to believe it broke from regular use but you'll have to find someone that works on electronics, Geek squad, maybe Batteries plus I know they work on phones if they don't they may be able to point you in right direction.
