“Can the base be adjusted? I have an issue with loud base and it actually hurts my ears. I would prefer no to very minimal base possible.”

Hi fizgid, Thank you for your inquiry! Yes, you can. The SRSXB43 features 3 different sound effects which can be adjusted through the buttons of the speaker (STAMINA, EXTRA BASS, and LIVE SOUND) . Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is no base adjustment. It has plenty of bass so if that’s an issue I wouldn’t recommend this for you. Sony is known for more base than other brands. You would probably be best to go into Best Buy and listen to a few others to be safe
