A:AnswerHi there, Unfortunately, this unit doesn't have a USB port for your memory stick. I'd recommend getting the STRDN1080 model instead for USB playback. -Sam
A:AnswerHi Maddog, Yes, you can. However, you might need to connect it to your TV to customize settings to your preference and for future updates. -Sam
A:AnswerSimply, no. There is no headphone adapter included. (I haven't heard of another manufacturer that does include it; at least, not in this price range.)
A:AnswerThis unit has no "B" speaker channel outputs. It's designed as a single-room home theater solution for 5.1 multi-channel surround. That said, the unit CAN be setup/wired as a STEREO ONLY system, Indoor speakers wired Front L/R, outdoor speakers wired Surround L/R, and "Sound Field" selected as Multi-Channel Stereo. This I've deduced from the manual. How well it works... how good it sounds... who knows? But it completely defeats the units capabilities for 5.1 surround!
A:AnswerIf the soundbar has HDMI In and Out with Pass-Through, yes. If it also has ARC, that's it. If no ARC you'll also need to also connect Optical or Coaxial audio from the TV. It gets a little confusing... just think it through. Keep in mind, your soundbar is a receiver/amp just as this unit. Doing it this way allows you hear the soundbar output without having the surround system turned on. When you turn on the surround, you can turn the soundbar off or mute,
A:AnswerHi jonluc,
Yes, AV receivers have an advantage over ordinary home theater set up such as 4K HDR, Dolby Vision, and Dolby Atmos and more HDMI out connectivity so you can connect your HDMI devices. See the link for details.

A:AnswerThis unit is designed for connecting passive (unpowered) speakers. BUT, the input on your sub MAY be able to accept that. (If the input on your sub is "Speaker" wire inputs.) Any other type of connection, no.
