I would recommend buying a certified 4K HDMI cable rated @ 18 GBps, passive cables for 3 - 10 foot runs from source to display. For longer runs, >15 feet, I would use active HDMI cables or another option is try to connect two certified passive cables using a HDMI 4k repeater rated for 18Gbps. I like the repeater option for longer runs

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I also had video issues when directly connecting the UBP-X800 to my Sony 4K television using its 'Enhanced Video' mode. Though I was under the impression upgrading a high-speed cable was not required, replacing the HDMI cable with one certified to handle 18 Gbps is what remedied the problem for me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you tried swapping your HDMI cable for a better HDMI 2.0 complaint cable? Update the firmware on your TV? Would help to know which UHD TV you have
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not experienced the problem. Are you going thru an AV receiver. If so you might try splitting the signal and sending the sound only to the AV receiver and the video direct to the TV. Some AV receivers can't handle the "newer" AV signals. Beyond that I have no other suggestions.
