“Bought this player a little over a year ago and finally went to play a 1080p blu ray disc but it won't recognize any movie I put in. I did the firmware update and reset the player and tried multiple discs but it won't play anything. What else can I do?”

There are 2 hdmi port In the back make sure connect to the correct one if you connect to the other one you might only here the sound. It also won't be a bad idea to change your hdmi cable as well. If don't work properly the reader went bad and costly to fix. I hope I could help
