“Would I get the best audio and video out of this unit to use both of the HDMI outputs, one straight to my tv, and #2 straight to the receiver? My receiver does have HDCP 2.2 and it will pass through HDR snd Dolby Vision. Will I see difference in Quality?”

You shouldn't have to run HDMI your tv from blu ray if you're receiver is HDR pass thru. Run Blu Ray to HDMI 1, and TV to HDMI ARC in Receiver to ARC HDMI in Tv.

However, the quality of the picture will depend on the content you are playing and make sure it is HDR compatible. This player that we have here doesn't support Dobly Vision. As of now, there is no information if Dolby Vision will be included in the next firmware update.
