• No, this is a component for a system, not a system by itself. Output connections are HDMI 1, HDMI 2 or Coaxial digital. Sound can also be piped out via Bluetooth wireless. This is not a playback receiver and has no internal amplification or speaker outputs. Please check the description on Sony's website for further details.

• Hi flmnca, no, this unit is a stand-alone Bluray player which has no ports for you to be able to connect surround sound speakers. We suggest getting a Sony 4K receiver to go with this Bluray player so you can use your surround sound speakers with it. Regards, -Mark
