A:AnswerNo you can't. This is an old model and only has VUDU & NETFLIX.
If you want Disney+ you have to buy a new model or a smart TV with Disney+ compatibility
A:AnswerComplicated if you have an international version of DVD. You need to worry about Region number and video format. (For example, UK uses PAL format.). US is NTSC so DVDs won't play on most US DVD players. If the DVD is all region or region free, it's suppose to work on a US unit however if it's PAL format, you will still need a DVD player that converts PAL to NTSC format. US TVs are generally NTSC format only. So investigating the TV you will be playing on is also useful. You may get lucky and the TV will read PAL format. There is also software to convert PAL to NTSC. I didn't try that since inexpensive DVD players are just a bit more expensive.
A:AnswerClosed caption is an option depending on the media you are using. If watching a dvd, it should be an option on the disc which can be found through the menu.
A:AnswerNo.. those apps are not available.. they have netflix, tubi, youtube, vudu .
Doesn't appear that they update apps much.. if just concerned with streaming apps I would say go with a roku or firestick and just pick this up for playing disks.
A:AnswerHi Riverreleasers, Unfortunately, The Disney+ app is not supported on our Bluray players. The Disney+ Android app can be installed from Google Play Store or Sony Select on Sony Android TV. For more information about the app, visit the Disney Plus website or the Disney Plus Help Center. -Sam
