A:AnswerI purchased the Sony BDP-S3700 baseed on price. It's a good little unit and very affordable, however i learned that it does not have streaming capabilities for HULU and Disney+ (two we like). There are other units available that may include Disney+.

A:AnswerWe've never had this issue before. I would return it to the store saying it's defective and get a replacement, especially since it's new to you. If you're not ready to return it I would contact the Best Buy staff through chat online. I've found them very helpful in the past.
