• Hi Deeks, Yes, you can output sound when connecting a composite cable from the BDplayers Audio LR line out to a receiver. Kindly follow the diagram on this link for additional details. https://docs.sony.com/release//Manual_4687312111.pdf (page 12) Regards, Sam
