A:AnswerThis Blu ray player will play 3D Blu-Ray movies on 3D compatible projectors and televisions. In addition it will play 4K content with HDR or Dolby Vision with compatible televisions. To my knowledge, the Vizio V-Series does not play any content in 3D. The V-Series does play content in HDR and Dolby Vision.
A:AnswerIf this player is truly the one you purchased then it may simply be an issue with the disc. The player has had no issues with the same movie for myself.
