I’ve had this for a few months and now it freezes and don’t want to read disks, found it is a common issue with this player, for those who had this issue what fixed it? I’ve reset the settings as others suggested but the fix hasn’t been long term, help? null

I have recently had an issue when trying to watch a 4k disc. The only way that I was able to get the player to function was to unplug it. This is very annoying for a player just over 2 years old.

Ive had this player for over a year now and the freezing issue still persist. Ive tried all these settings suggestions and nothing really stops it. But i did hear that the issued happens more with 100 gig 4k discs and not as much with the lower gig ones. God if i know how to tell which disc is 100 gigs or less.

I have had it for about 2 months and since I don’t have any 4K disc, but bought it mostly for the dvd-a and sacd section , I don’t use it much. I am not experiencing this issue yet with the x800m2.
