• Those speakers were meant to connect specifically to the Blu-ray player in the BDV3100 kit. That player has the appropriate speaker ports and the amplifier to drive them. If you intend on keeping the speakers, I would recommend finding a stand alone amplifier that can bith use those speaker connections (provided they're not proprietary) and can connect to the new Blu-ray player via HDMI.
