Thank you for your question. Volume can only be adjusted on the headphones by using the touch controls. You can connect 2 Bluetooth devices simultaneously (multipoint connection).

They are touch.  There are three buttons.  Power, NC control, and the ULT button.

Two devices can be connected at the same time and volume is a swipe gesture on the right side of the headphones. To switch between devices, pause media on one device so the other device can be heard.
