The original Sony Limited Warranty covers the VAIO for a period of twelve months from the original date of purchase for both parts and labor. The Sony VAIO model (SVE17135CXB) is shipped with the International Repair and Service Plan (IRSP) which is different from International Warranty. Check the below link for the detailed information about IRSP. As you will be in Mexico (where IRSP is not applicable), you can contact our customer relations team in the US at 1-239-768-7676 to initiate the service from Mexico.
