A:AnswerI don't know but I am almost deaf and still I cant turn them up all the way or they are way too loud. When I first got them they were way too soft, but I found that going to the Sony APP and turning on ambient sound control really increased the volume
I use both a FIIO player as well as my Samsung s7+ tablet and the sound is more than loud enough with either. You may want to play around with your settings on whatever your using as a player. Try turning Dolby on/off, try different equalizer settings etc. Anyway they are LOUD!!!
