“One of my buds keeps blinking red whenever I put it into the charging case. It never stops blinking and does not work when I take it out. When I take it out the blinking stops. My other one works fine. Any suggestions?”

When charging, The indicators (red) on the headset light up, and the headset starts charging. In this case, please ensure that the buds are set properly in the charging case. Close the lid of the charging case after setting the headset into the charging case.
