I know this may sound like a stupid question but could I wear these while cutting grass..in other words can I use them to mask out the sound of lawnmower...thanks null

of course, but they ANC is designed for low freq sound so you are still going to hear the mower.  Plus, the overall noise reduction is not as great as heavy equipment safety muffs
