• If the walkman has bluetooth, you should be able to connect. You can also use a wired connection and still turn on the headphones for noise-cancelling.

• only the tape walkman. j/k I think most devices can pair with this. You also get a 3.5mm cable and a 3.5mm jack on the headphones so yes, an old tape walkman will work.

• The Sony 1000XM2 comes with a standard 3.5mm audio cable. These headphones will work with any walkman that has the standard 3.5mm audio input.
