Passive noise reduction is slightly better than the QC35, but these also fit a bit more snug than those, so that is probably the reason why.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have both the Bose QC35 and the Sony 1000XM2. I qualitatively tested the passive noise reduction for both, and can conclude that passive noise reduction is similar on both. The Sony headphones press tighter onto my ears and gives the perception that they offer better passive noise reduction, but they really do not.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If by passive noise reduction you mean without the ANC, then I have to say that I'm quite satisfied. Even with ANC disabled, I found that there is good noise insulation when worn properly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I own both the Sony 1000XM2 and the Bose QC 35 II and I find the Bose QC 35 II to offer a little bit better Passive Noise Cancellation. But I think the Sony has better ANC.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.About the same compared to QC35.
