“When bluetooth'd to my PC, it only allows DVD quality at 48000 HZ. Computer has bluetooth 5.3 I figured I would get the "lossless" audio quality sent by my pc to these and benefit from the tech available. My Arctis nova pro accepts 96000Hz. What gives?”

Hi Chris, Thanks for reaching out with your question about the WH-1000XM6 headphones! We can certainly assist you with that. The quality of the sound is determined by the codec used for the connection. Try to check the codec and change it, if possible, to improve the sound quality. I have numerous other devices that are capable of doing this. I have a 2025 PC with BT 5.3 - Please let me know what I am missing. I shouldn't have to buy a BT transmitter for hundreds of dollars, am I right?
