Q: QuestionIs there another way to control these headphones without using the outer cans if you’re laying in bed and your accident hit the can with your elbow or your hand it doesn’t change does the outer cans lock and can you use the app instead?

Q: QuestionCan you lock the cup that controls the headphones and use the app to control the headphones so if you’re laying in bed watching a movie, you don’t accidentally hit the cup and then it changed the settings and what not is there a way to lock that out?

• A:Answer there's a setting to do this in the Sound Connect app! at the bottom of the My Device tab, there's a "device settings" button. in the "system" tab of the device settings screen, there's a "touch sensor control panel" toggle.

Q: QuestionWhen bluetooth'd to my PC, it only allows DVD quality at 48000 HZ. Computer has bluetooth 5.3 I figured I would get the "lossless" audio quality sent by my pc to these and benefit from the tech available. My Arctis nova pro accepts 96000Hz. What gives?
